Ocotillo is locally owned and operated and embodies a management team with roots to its sibling-restaurant, Terlingua - opened in Portland’s East End neighborhood in 2015 by Melanie and Pliny Reynolds.

Executive Chef, Wilson Rothschild, has been with the company since 2015, Ocotillo Head Chef, Al Zoni, since 2019, Front of House Manager, Lea Pillsbury, since 2021 and Chief Operating Officer, Justin DeWalt, in various capacities since 2017.
